♡Second E.L.F. Beauty Bundle unboxing and review: July 2014♡

Hey loves! So today I'm going to be writing about my second e.l.f. beauty bundle that I received. If you're new to my blog, please check out my last post which is on my very first bundle! It's still a new subscription for me, and as a reminder it's every 8 weeks. So far I'm loving these boxes, so let's get into the box!

For this month's box the theme was Your Pre-Summer Survival Kit!

Here's all of the goodies I received in this month's box! Let's get started ...

28-piece beach beauty palette in night ($6)

I have quite a few palettes from e.l.f. already, and I seem to really like them. I love how pigmented some of their shadows, blushes, etc. are so I'm anxious to try this palette out!

Waterproof lengthening & volumizing mascara in black ($3)

This is my second full size mascara I have from them, I also got one in last month's box. I'm really liking the other one so far, so hoping this one will be a hit too!

Baked highlighter in moonlight pearls ($3)

My very first highlighter that I've ever owned, no joke. This was actually on my e.l.f. wish list, so I'm super excited for this.

Waterproof eyeliner pen in black ($2)

I believe I've only ever tried the studio cream eyeliner from them and it was alright, I tend to like the pen eyeliners better. This was on my wish list also!

Mineral moisturizing lip tint in Guava ($3)

I've never tried a lip tint before and I wasn't sure what the consistency would be like, but it's actually nice and the swatch of this color is so pretty. I wish I would have took a picture of it! I'm excited for this one.

High definition powder in shimmer ($6)

I actually already own this and seriously love it! This is going to be a back up.

Makeup mist & set ($3)

I already own this too, and love it! It keeps my makeup in place all day, I highly recommend it. 

SPF 45 sunscreen UVA/UVB protection ($6)

I've never tried a powder like this before, but I'm assuming it's similar to the high definition powder. It'll be good to use right now with the Summer months!

Signature bag in pink ($8)

Omg can we just talk about how gorgeous this color pink is?? I'm not a big fan of the color pink, but this is too cute! I own quite a few cosmetic bags already, but they always seem to come in handy if you're out or traveling so I'm excited to use this.

Overall thoughts: I loved this box just as much as the first! My first two boxes have been amazing, and well worth the money so I have no complaints. I'm very pleased with this subscription box so far, and I just love e.l.f. and the quality of their products!

♡New Subscription♡ First E.l.f. Beauty Bundle unboxing and review: May 2014

So recently my fiancé signed me up for E.l.f.'s beauty bundle subscription plan and I was so excited! They came out with this box/subscription plan a little while ago. I checked into it when it first came out, but never ended up signing up for it.


About the e.l.f. Beauty Bundle:
Basically it's $19.99 for the box every 8 weeks, and shipping varies depending on where you live. For me since I'm in the U.S. it's $6.95, so that makes it about $26.94 every 8 weeks which is reasonable in my opinion. In each bundle that you get you're guaranteed at least $40 worth of full sized e.l.f. products!

     So let's get into the box!

When you first open it, this is what you see. For this month's box the theme was Naturally Beautiful!

          Here's all of the goodies that I got in this month's box! Let's go into more detail of each product ...

6-piece geometric eyeshadow palette ($3)

I love the colors in this quad as they're soft neutrals and that's one of my favorites!

Mineral eyeshadow primer in sheer ($3)

I've tried their essential primer that's a $1 and I love it! So I'm excited to try this one out.

Mineral eye liner in ash ($3)

I think I've only tried one of elf's eye liners, and it was the cream eye liner I believe.

Wet gloss lash & brow clear mascara ($1)

I've never tried anything like this, so we'll see how I like it.

Natural volumizing mascara in jet black ($5)

I've never tried any of their mascaras, so I'm anxious to try this out.

Mineral lipstick in Natural Nymph ($5)

I've tried a few of their lip products, but nothing from the mineral line.

Mineral infused face primer in clear ($6)

I've only ever tried one face primer (Hard Candy's I believe), so we'll see how I like this.

22-piece mini on the go palette ($10)

I have a few e.l.f. palettes, some are really pigmented, and some aren't at all. Overall, I love their palettes.

Eye shadow brush ($1)

I actually already have one of these and love it!

Lotion wipes in cucumber & melon ($3)

I've tried the regular studio makeup wipes and loved them, can't wait to try these!


Overall thoughts: With this being my first box I honestly didn't know what to expect or if I'd like it, but I was super excited! When I received my box I was ecstatic when I opened it up and found out all the goodies I got. I'm absolutely in love with this month's box, and I have no complaints whatsoever. I'm not saying that every box will be a hit, but this one definitely was in my opinion for me. I think this box is a good value for the money, and I will continue getting them!

Hey guys! Finally a quick update post :)

Hey guys! So it's been a long time since I've updated my blog or you guys, so I thought since I was finally working on my blog that I'd do a quick update! So the last time I wrote a post was back in February this year, it seems like forever ago Lol. At the end of last year I had a lot going on in my personal life ... moving & the holidays didn't help much either. It took a good couple of months for my fiancé & I to get everything together and the house the way we wanted it for the most part. It was also a very stressful time, and a crazy time because we were so busy on top of everyday normal life. But here we are about 6 months later(Because we moved literally right before Christmas), and things have finally slowed down, and the house has come a long way! We love it, and still plan on doing some house projects from time to time! As for me, I took a few months away from YouTube & my beauty videos so I could get things back to normal in my life ... and I just felt I needed a little break. In that time I have still been on my twitter, instagram, etc. interacting with you guys like normal, that never changed. In the last few months my life has really changed for the better and things have been looking up for me, and I seriously couldn't feel any more blessed. Also about a month ago(tomorrow), I found out some really crazy & amazing news that was a total shock to me, but made me so incredibly happy beyond words! I have not announced this (surprise news) yet to my subscribers, followers, etc ... only very few people know(like family & a few close friends), but I'm hoping to share the news with you guys finally within the next week! I can tell you it is definitely hard keeping a secret Lol. On another note, my fiancé & I hit our 4 year anniversary on May 24th and it's so crazy to me. We also have been talking, and hope to be married by the beginning/mid of 2014. We've been together so long already, it feels like were married! So I think I'm going to wrap up this blog post ... I just wanted to update you guys on what's been going on in my life, because it's been way too long!
